# Buffs

Buffs are temporary or permanent effects that improve raid progress or performance. The 3 main ones are :

* Stars Boost
* Raids Time
* XP Boost

The only way to earn these Buffs is to use a consumable, wear **Legendary** equipment or several pieces of equipment from the same collection (panoply) in the Dojo.

The main consumables are listed below. They provide buffs for 24 hours after use.
